staffing and recruiting firm located in Winter Park,
Florida. Career Connextions is considered the liaison
between the employer and the employee and is seen as a
part of the overall recruiting process and external
recruiting team. Career Connextions caters to Permanent
Placement and Direct Hire for both full-time and
part-time positions, which entitles our Career Seekers
to never pay a fee when looking for a position. Career
Seekers have the ability to walk-in to our office, go on
this website and submit an employment application with a
resume which is forwarded to one of our recruiters.
Career Seekers are then entered into our Applicant
Tracking System (database) and are contacted for an
interview based on our employer’s criteria in seeking a
qualified candidate. Hence, allowing Career Connextions
to help our Career Seekers to “Look forward to Monday.”

to our client list, giving our Career Seekers more
opportunity and a higher level of satisfaction when
staying within their field of expertise or making a
career change. Career Connextions’ database of Career
Seekers is continually growing in number, due to the
wide range of industries Career Connextions staffs and
recruits for.
Career Connextions recruits through various means, and
depending on the specifications of the position, will
headhunt to achieve the desired Employee. Career
Connextions policy is to never headhunt from existing
Employers. Career Connextions process in connecting the
Employer with the Employee is to conduct a preliminary
interview, allowing the Employee to sharpen their
interview skills, and allowing the Employer more
credibility in conducting a thorough interviewing
process. Based on the Employers criteria of the ideal
Employee (which may include background checks, drug
testing, assessment testing, etc.), Career Connextions
hiring process determines if the potential Employee will
proceed in the hiring process. Career Connextions
reserves the right to place an Employee with another
Employer if the Employee is not a match for the
